  • How to return a product

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or should you have changed your mind, you can return the purchased products, within 30 working days from the delivery date of the order.

    The return must be made by filling out the appropriate "return form" in all its parts and it must be put in the package together with the products you want to return. You can download the return form by clicking here.

    The items to be returned must be intact (never used), with the original packaging, including the original label and / or tag.

    In this case the shipping fees will be borne entirely by the Customer.

    For the return shipping we recommend using the original packaging so that all items are adequately protected during transport.

    The return shipment is under the sole responsibility of the customer, for this reason, we recommend to insure the shipment and to use a safe service that gives the possibility to track the parcel, and to keep a proof of the shipment, in case of dispute.

    Full Spot S.p.a., after receiving the product and verifying the integrity of the same, will refund the customer only the price of the product.

  • How to replace a product in the case of a lack of conformity

    All O bag products have a 2 year warranty. The return of O bag products purchased online can be made by sending an e-mail request to customerservice@obag.eu and attaching one or more photographic evidence. Our Customer Care will assess the conformity defect of the article and eventually authorize the return.

    Once the return has been authorized, Full Spot S.p.a. will organize the package pick up by UPS courier. The customer will have to insert in the parcel the return form filled in all its parts with the items to be returned. You can download the return form by here.

  • How to change a product received that is different from the one ordered

    Should you receive an O bag product different from the one ordered, please proceed as above (see "How to replace a product due to lack of conformity")

  • To receive a refund

    After our warehouse located at the Centro Logistico via Corso Stati Uniti 18 - 35127 Padova - Italy has received the returned products and verified that there are all the conditions to accept them, you will receive a refund equal to the value of the products returned within and not over 30 working days.
    Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for your purchase or to your Pay Pal account. In case you have used the cash on delivery as payment method, the refund will be made to the bank account provided in the return form. How to make a product exchange

The product exchange of O bag products can be made within 30 working days from the date of purchase only and exclusively showing the receipt or other proof of purchase (credit card statement, debit receipt).
For an exchange, products must be presented intact, free from defects and not used by the final consumer, and whose willingness to change depends on issues of appreciation of the product. The exchange may be made with another product of equal or greater value and based on the availability in the store. Changes can be made in all the mono-brand and temporary stores No changes are possible between stores of different circuits (Outlet) and in the Multi-brand.

How to replace a product due to a lack of conformity

All O bag products have a 2 year warranty. The replacement due to defect of conformity of the O bag products can be requested only and exclusively by showing the receipt or other proof of purchase (credit card statement, debit receipt). The replacement will take place immediately with the same product or, in case of non-availability of that same product in the store, with another item of equal or higher value. The changes due to a lack of conformity can be carried out in all the mono-brand O bag stores and Temporary stores. It is not possible to make exchanges between stores of different circuits (ex: Outlet) and in the Multi-brand. The retailer reserves the right to withdraw the defective product for a more accurate evaluation.
